Silver and Gold Awards

On the path to ultimately earning the Girl Scout Silver and Gold Awards, girls can earn three other awards – the Leadership Award, the Career Award and the 4B’s Challenge Award.  These awards can be earned separately, or as steps toward the Silver or Gold Award project.  For each of these awards, girls can earn a charm that can be worn on a bracelet or pendant on the uniform with the charm holder.
